The Legacy Tree Project is an early-stage program. Students at participating schools are growing native trees right now. We are building toward a three-year school model and a Legacy Tree Network of schools that carry the work forward.

From the schoolyard to the forest
Students will spend the school year growing and caring for their trees. When those trees are ready for planting, community partnerships help take the next step.
Natural Restorations works alongside the Legacy Tree Project to help support the planting portion of the program and connect student-grown trees with restoration work in Arizona.
Sponsors 25 trees for one class.
Sponsors a school nursery of 500 trees.
